These classic butter cookies are easy to make and result in a soft texture when baked, becoming crispy after cooling. Perfect to accompany tea or coffee.
Cooking Instructions
1. Prepare the dough
Melt the butter and mix with lemon flavoring, vanilla extract, and sugar.
2. Add flour
Gradually sift the flour and incorporate into the mixture. Add more flour if the dough is too liquid.
3. Incorporate the egg
Beat the egg and mix into the dough.
4. Refrigerate
Take the dough to the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
5. Shape the cookies
Roll out the dough and cut with cookie cutters. Set aside.
6. Preheat the oven
Heat the oven to 150°C.
7. Bake
Arrange the cookies on parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
Tips
